We came into the home buying process with a lot of questions. Bryan was very patient and thorough to explain the different aspects of the home buying experience.
When we were looking for a realtor we wanted someone who knew the area, was open with us regarding the feedback of a house and was good at negotiations.
There were a couple of instances where a house was on the market for only a few days and you have to be ready to make a move or pass. Bryan was available for regular calls and in case he was out of town, made sure someone in his team was available. He also worked very well with our lenders to make sure the process was smooth. Bryan made sure the decision came from us while giving us his input and insights. He also had chats with the sellers team and understood their needs to make sure our offer was competitive and attractive.
We are thankful to Bryan for helping us find the right home and for steering us in the right direction throughout the whole process. We consider it a blessing that we got a realtor like Bryan.

Bryan has been extremely helpful to me in moving once to a gated golf club community and then later totally switching up lifestyles and purchasing a unique older home on land and creating a small farm . While I was working , Bryan helped with appraisers , home buyers, and even with some light moving at the end .
