We spent A LOT of time together. I quickly learned that he was easily approachable, listened to what we wanted, was responsive to our concerns and questions, and was well respected by his colleagues with whom he interacted during our search. He was very patient and thorough in scouring through listings, as we had specific 'must haves' before I would even look at a house. When we finally found 'THE' house, the negotiation process was smooth, cordial, and low-stress. His knowledge of the legal process and ease with all parties involved resulted in our first enjoyable closing of the 4 we have had. Before we even came down to GA he went to a house we liked and video taped it so we could see the inside. (which is actually the house we bought). While I was working , Bryan helped with appraisers , home buyers, and even with some light moving at the end .
